PATTERN CUTTING
Each piece of leather is hand-cut by our artisans, ensuring precision and quality in every step. We use only the finest, sustainably sourced leather from eco-friendly tanneries in Europe, renowned for their sustainable practices and high-quality leather.
CLOSING
This intricate stage brings together exceptional skill and artistry. From meticulous hand-sewing and machine-stitching to crafting perforated brogue patterns, every detail is honed to enhance durability and elegance.
ASSEMBLY
Expert hands carefully marry the closed upper to the handcrafted sole and layered heel. Each shoe is strengthened with an exact number of stitches, ensuring longevity and comfort.
SOLES
True to Mariano's heritage, our leather soles are handcrafted in-house by our skilled craftsmen. We incorporate cork into the core of many of our designs, a natural and completely renewable material renowned for its breathability, insulation, and lightness.
FINISHING
The final stage is where our artistry emerges. Each shoe undergoes a meticulous finishing process, with the colorist’s patina applied by hand. A final, thorough review ensures each pair meets our exacting standards.
