Delivery is complimentary on every order.

Every pair ordered through our website is made only once you've placed your order — cut, stitched, and finished by hand in our atelier in Oliveira de Azeméis, Portugal. That care takes a little longer than shoes made in advance, and it is well worth it. 

During periods of exceptionally high demand, or planned atelier closures such as our annual August break, delivery may run a little longer than the estimates below. We'll always dispatch as quickly as we can, without rushing the making itself.

Delivery in Portugal (mainland): the estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 working days as from the date of your order.

Delivery in Portugal (Madeira and Azores): the estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 working days as from the date of your order.

Delivery in other EU (European Union) countries: the estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 working days as from the date of your order.

Delivery outside EU: estimated delivery time of 15 to 20 working days as from the date of your order, depending on destination.

PLEASE NOTE — For orders delivered outside the European Union you may be asked by the carrier to pay customs and possible administrative fees related to customs clearance. These charges are subject to local laws and are not at our expense. We advise you to contact your local customs office to determine the amount of these fees and taxes.
